EDUCARE Day School

At Educare, we have been providing a Homeschool Co-Op and Afterschool program for several years in order to ensure our children receive a quality education, social networking, and skill development in a positive faith-based environment.

We are excited to begin a 3 and 4 year old Day School program in 2025-2026, to bring a fun, safe, faith filled learning environment for our littles. We would love to welcome your little one into our program!

Details: 2025-2026 school year

Ages accepted:
- 3 & 4 year olds
- must be 3 years old by September 1st, 2025.
Times:
- 5 Days a week: Monday - Friday
- 8:30am - 12:00pm
  - 8:00am early drop off time available, see costs for more details.
Teachers:
- Ms. Joy Warren
- Ms. Shelby Williams
- Both teachers will work under the guidance of Ms. Kellye Hales; NC Board Certified Teacher with 24 years of experience

Costs:

Day School registration fee: (non-refundable)
- $50 for Foundation Church Attendees OR
- $100 for non-Foundation Church Attendees
Tuition:
- Due by the 5th of each month beginning in September.
  - A 5% late fee will be applied if paid after the 5th, without proper communication to administration.
  - 10% off Tuition costs for Foundation Church Attendees
    - Determined on a case-by-case basis.
- If paid by Cash/Check:
  - annually: $2,475.00 one time payment
  - OR
  - $275 a month for 9 months (September - May)
- If paid online through CashApp + 3% fee:
  - annually: $2549.25
  - OR
  - $283.25 per month for 9 months (September - May)
- 8:00 am Early Drop Off Fee: $10 per week.
  - Can be week specific if communicated in advance.
Accepted Payment Methods:
- Cash or Check:
  - payable to EDUCARE Dream Works, INC.
- Online through Cash App +3% processing fee
School Supplies:
- Parents have 2 options for purchasing school supplies.
  - Option 1: Purchase a School Supplies box. Link to be provided soon.
    - This box will contain all the needed items.
  - Option 2: Purchase items individually from the school supplies list located in the link under Quick Links.
